Head of Operations

Jessica Taglia

Jessica Taglia is the Head of Operations at EatCrayons, where she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. With a strong background in management, Taglia has a wealth of experience in managing facilities and leading teams.

Prior to her current role at EatCrayons, Taglia worked in Westport, CT managing healthcare facilities. In this position, she was responsible for ensuring that all operations ran smoothly and efficiently, while also managing a team of employees.

In addition to her healthcare experience, Taglia has a strong background in project and initiative management, having worked with tools such as JIRA and Notion to keep projects on track and ensure that all deadlines are met. She is also a Google Certified SEM specialist, and has worked with a variety of nonprofits throughout the United States to optimize their lead generation programs. Taglia has also implemented HubSpot best practices to further optimize lead generation efforts, making her an invaluable asset to EatCrayons.

Matthew Faria

As President of EatCrayons, Matthew Faria is responsible for building and leading a unique agency that specializes in combining revops and content to drive demand for growing businesses. With over a decade of experience in sales and business development, Faria has a proven track record of success.

Prior to his current role, Faria ran direct sales teams in both the energy and telecom sectors, where he was responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. He also spent two years in healthcare IT sales, where he utilized his expertise to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

In addition to his work in sales, Faria spent three years in energy analytics, working with retailers and brokers to drive b2b growth and increase revenue. He also played a key role in rebranding strategies for four energy companies, helping to position them for success in a competitive market.

Throughout his career, Faria has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement revops programs and ABM initiatives that directly impact revenue. His expertise and leadership have made him an invaluable asset to EatCrayons as they continue to grow and thrive in the business world.
